Roles in Wedding Assistant are first defined in the Event�s settings. As soon as you add a new role, it will be available to be included in all events. After you include a role in an event, you can assign your guests to them.
To assign a guest to a role, go to Wedding Events and pick your event. Then click on �Show Roles� on the left side of the screen and see the role list.
Double-click on the role to assign it to a guest from the event�s invitee list.�
Please note: If RSVP is used is this event, you won�t be able to assign guests that will not show for this event. And when changing RSVP status for a guest as �not attending� while he/she is assigned to a role � the assignment will be removed.
