What is the full Demo and what is it for?
|
Wedding Assistant is very detailed software, so in order to see how to make most of the features and tricks we have created a Demo with a full guest list and other data to play with.
You can browse and see how features like "splitting a budget assignment" in an expense works, or RSVP and seating arrangement with many guests look like.
You can make changes in the demo, but WA will not save them. Every time you start the demo, it will reset and start from the same point and the same data.
Switching between your data and the Demo is easy - click on "WA Full Demo" to go to the demo, and "Return to WA" to go back.

What is “Auto-Invite” parties to events?
|
Every event has its Guest List Settings. When an event is defined as “Families and Parties”, you can choose to add parties to this event’s invitee list automatically, through the event wizard. This means that when you add a new guest/family to the guest list, it will be automatically invited to this event.
Even though all created families are invited, you have the control over the invitee list of this event, and can remove and change this list freely.
This feature is very useful for main events like ceremony and reception.
