Performing a backup on your wedding data is very important. You might make changes and want to revert to a previous date of your system and with Wedding Assistant it's very easy.
WA can perform automatic backup every 5 session by default. The number of sessions can be easily changed by modifying the preferences.
Manual backup is also available on demand.
Every backup is saved as a file and can be emailed anywhere, using your email client.

Every backup also saves the number of guests in the system. This makes it easier to determine to what point in time you would like to go back to.
Setting your preferences also controls the number of generations kept on your computer.
This means that if you keep 5 generations, the 6th copy you save will delete the oldest copy in your data folder; however, if you choose to also send a copy by email, older generations will not be deleted from your inbox.
