<p style="text-align: justify;">The Guest List Builder is a free external program that can create a guest list on other computers other than the main Wedding Assistant installation PC. Each remote installation is the owner of its own guest list. To move the data into the main WA  export the guest list to a file or send it by email and import it into your Wedding Assistant main guest list.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">With Guest List Builder (GLB), creating your guest list is a lot simpler. Create &#8220;satellite&#8221; guest lists on other computers and import them into the main wedding guest list.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your mom would want to invite her friends and neighbors, and only she has their names, addresses and other contact information. Install GLB on her computer and she can create her list and enter all the details. When she is done or when she likes to update the main Wedding Assistant Guest List, she exports and sends it over (using automatic email from within the software) to the main installation location.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">And it&#8217;s not only your mom. You can install it freely on every machine. Thus, not only dispersing the work load but making sure that the data imported is always accurate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Updating the database can be done as many times as you like, keeping your final Guest List in full sync with its sources. When importing the list &#8211; families will be auto-invited to events that are defined to do so, you can associate the added guests with groups and manually invite to special events.</p>

When an event is defined as ”Families and Parties”, you can choose to add parties to this event’s invitee list automatically, through the event wizard. This means that when you add a new guest/family to the guest list, it will be automatically invited to this event. Even though all created families are invited, you have the control over the invitee list of this event, and can remove and change this list freely. This feature is very useful for main events like ceremony and reception.</p>

As soon as you add a new role, it will be available to be included in all events. After you include a role in an event, you can assign your guests to them. To assign a guest to a role, go to Wedding Events and pick your event. Then click on <strong>“Show Roles”</strong> on the left side of the screen and see the role list. Double-click on the role to assign it to a guest from the event’s invitee list.<br />
Please note: If RSVP is used is this event, you won’t be able to assign guests that will not show for this event. And when changing RSVP status for a guest as not attending while he/she is assigned to a role  the assignment will be removed.</p>

Manual backup is also available on demand.<br />
Every backup is saved as a file and can be emailed anywhere, using your email client.</p>

Every backup also saves the number of guests in the system. This makes it easier to determine to what point in time you would like to go back to.</p>
